There's always a reason for those feelings. Talk to him about it. Ask him why he's so persistent with the idea. If he doesn't want to talk about it then he may be cheating on you. If he breaks down and admits that he's not secure in the relationship, with himself, and/or has fears of losing you then you may be able to work it out. But that's something you'll have to work out together. It could be stemming from a past relationship when he was cheated on. You just never know until you talk.

Coming from a dude, I would have to say that if I was absolutely sure she was cheating on me, and I wanted to know differently, she would have to explain that if she was cheating on me, she would have dumped me a long time ago for the person she was cheating with. Just explain to him that you love him and you have no desire to cheat on him. If he won't listen to you and still doesn't trust you, he's probably not worth keeping. Honestly, relationships are based on trust.

I'm going to assume you're like 13, because if you're older than that you both need to grow up....IF you are 13, so what tell him to shut up, then go out with his best friend! As for love, you won't know what that is until you have kids!

If it was me I would just tell him if he wants to be in this relationship he should consider learning to trust. and if he gets mad, tell him if he really thinks youre cheating on him then he should leave.

IF YOU HAVE NOT GIVE HIM A REASON NOT TO TRUST YOU
THEN IT REALLY IS HIS PROBLEM NOT YOURS, AND YOU
SHOULD LET HIM KNOW THAT THIS RELATIONSHIP IS ABOUT TRUST, YOU DO OR YOU DONT, AND IF HE HAS
A PROBLEM WITH THAT THEN MAYBE HE THE ONE THAT
CHEATING.
