Drink a cold glass of water and go to bed. Your body will work on heating the cold water in your stomach slowing down the blood that is going to your head causing the headache. Or a few shots of Jack might make you feel no pain so you can continue here with us.

What kind of headache is it? If it's a regular headache, try Advil gel caps. They are wicked! Have you eaten on time or had enough fluids for the day? That can bring on some ugly headaches as well. Make sure to eat on time and drink enough fluids through the day. Good luck to you!

I get those all the time! it's a migraine and it is very painful, I take all kinds of headache medicine, but they only work sometimes.
If it prolongs, see your doctor in case it is something serious, there was once a woman that had a headache for a long time and it turned out she had a hemerage, it is deadly!
when I went to my doctor about it, it turns out that it was migraines, I don't really get them anymore, but he also said that it had a lot to do with what i was eating and my sleeping habit.

There is a virus going around that starts with a really bad headache, then a sore throat. Hope you don't have it.

Excedrin migraine usually works for me, if not i go to the e.r. and get some vicodin.
