I got a burn resulting from my leg touching the exhaust pipe of my uncle's bike. After it healed, I rubbed vitamin E cream everyday on it. It was a huge scar, circled shaped, abt 4cm in diameter. It will take time though, for the scar to lighten. It's been more than 10 years now, the scar is still there, but tremendously lighter. As for scratches, I'm sure it won't take that long, as it's not as damaging as a burn.

Virgin olive oil , not the one we use for cooking .. you get this from pharmacy . rub on scars every night before you sleep for least 28 days , it will help blend with skin , good luck
