Granted they probably know you will never meet them, but why would they act as they do? They wouldn't in person, so what makes the net ok for this behavior? And why do women allow it? Just a random thought to throw out there, might not get a single response, but if you are like me and sick of it, lets hear it!

Great ?.... I think that men and women act as they do on the internet because its a very safe place in there minds to allow the personality/personalities out that they have serious problems bringing out in person. Example, its easier for a man thats not confident in his appearence to be completly open when the person he's comunicating with can't see him. Say he's not the best looking man, possibly overweight, bald, all the attributes that when he looks in the mirror even he can't understand why a woman would find him attractive. So its easier for him to be suave, sexy, and smooth when a person can't see them. Sometimes its easier for a man to hide his true situation's, which would be harder for him in person...
A woman on the other hand, it seems to me, its easier for her to find the attention(compliments, flatery) on the internet that she is not currently receiving from her man at home. Even though its a very high chance the man she is talking to on the internet simply wants to get laid if the situation arrives, she takes the ball and runs with it. At the same time she keeps her internet activity and fantasy world private and a secret from the man she is with because now shes getting it all. At home she gets whatever it is from her husband and on the internet she gets to feel like she's a sexy, lustful, beautiful queen.
So to both men and women the internet can be fantasy without really knowing it and sometimes fantasy is alot safer then reality.....
On the internet a person could be who ever they want ! ! ! !

I know some men act like real jerks on the net; but not all men are like that. I've come across a few women who acted weird too; but I did not judge womankind by their acts.

I'm a man, Trish; and I like to think that I'm a gentleman.

So, you see, I behave like I would in real life, with everyone I meet here.

I think its the inadequacies and frustration that these people suffer in real life that prompts them to behave the way they do on the net where they feel secure in their anonymity.

I've a lot of very good friends on the net and one of the chat rooms that I go to is one where we have a lot of people from all over [UK, USA, Europe and Asia] who gather and play music for one another and they're all very nice real people! We've even had a lot of room get togethers in different town of USA and had some of our folks even drop in on our UK friends and vice versa and shared photos and stuff like that.

We do get the occasional jerk come in and leave very quickly while all of us give them the boot.

So, it's really potluck, Trish.

Feel free to e-mail me, if you'd like to drop in on our room and join our little band of netizens.

All the best.

Cheers

marvelous toddlers is one which would play with your head somewhat. this is technology fiction with some action, a touch supernatural, and an excellent style of puzzle. the character designs are based on the style of Osamu Tezuka, so the characters look somewhat infantile and cartoony via at present's standards, in spite of the indisputable fact that this is unquestionably one of my favorites. Paranoia Agent is a psychological secret/black comedy sequence the place you no longer in any respect rather be attentive to what's occurring. Kino's experience is a philosophical anime a pair of lady who travels by myself from u . s . to u . s ., gazing the unusual components of human nature she unearths. some action, too. i've got no longer considered lots of Mushishi yet, yet i think of that's an anime that provides style of the comparable feeling at instances. At any fee, it makes you think of. xxxHolic is low on action, however the supernatural memories are fairly concept-frightening, and this is extraordinarily humorous. Black Butler is a few thing like a mixture of Hellsing, Sherlock Holmes, and Jeeves & Wooster. it is likewise have been given lots on your head to handle, surprisingly in the direction of the tip. Pumpkin Scissors isn't extraordinarily psychological, in spite of the indisputable fact that it does have some foodstuff for concept. It additionally has comedy, action, relaxing characters and good paintings, the only undesirable element i'm able to assert approximately that's they spent the final 3 episodes on a stupid war of words and duel relatively of proceeding extra advantageous with the Invisible 9 plotline. Wolf's Rain is yet another anime that makes you study it to get the entire benefit.

it's the same reason people are more rude on the phone. If they don't have to see you face to face and they are somewhat anonymous. I'm not sure why you think this happens with just men. Women are also more open on the net.

Because no one knows who they are. It isn't that women don't allow it so much as it is that men are of a free will and cannot be controlled just like you. I'd day ignore it, that is what I do.

Men feel really brave when they know they aren't going to meet someone. That's the whole thing in a nutshell.

I think their true personality comes out when they're are not face to face. So, they can be they're rude, disrespecting selves without fear of being confronted. In short, arrogant, disrespectful cowards.

It's really easy to hide behind a computer. Women can be just as mean though!
