Is there a website where you can find someone to buy airplane tickets that you won't be able to use?

Hello!! No one other than the person to whom the ticket is issued may use it. In other words, airline tickets are NOT transferable. If you can't use the ticket, the airline will give you a credit for any other flight for up to a year.

You can often advertise them in local newspaper classified ads. I'm not sure about websites but there likely are some. I'd try a Google search.
