Usually i hear that man is very very sick, you hear that he had sex with an aborted woman, i would like to know the pathology behind this.

how can you have sex with an "aborted" woman? Someone who's aborted means they were never born.

I have never heard of anything like this. Do you mean a woman who has had an abortion? I doubt that's deadly unless she had aids and was still bleeding when the guy had sex with her. I am sorry if I misunderstood you question.
