Most people here will say ballet. And i have to agree. It is the foundation of all dance. With ballet, you will easily be able to branch out into any style of dance you choose. Ballet can take anywhere room as little as 45 minutes a week commitment to as many hours as you can fit in a day! Just find a school that is right for your needs! To become good at ballet takes time. I would say after about 3 years of solid training you could be fairly good, but not brilliant. Even professional ballet dancers still work every day to become better.

You could enroll in a dance class or find some books about dancing. If you live in a large town, a dance studio shouldn't be too hard to find. Good luck!

take some classes or find someone that knows how to dance and teach u
or search on the internet or download instructional videos
im sure there are some videos that teach you how to dance on like video.google.com
i would love to know how to dance as well ( i cant dance )
