im 14 years old my guy friend that ive known since i was 6 came to my house he changed and i saw him naked wut should i do and how embarrasing is this

I think I'd keep that bit of information to myself, especially if he doesn't know that you saw him in the altogether. If he does know, chances are he's just as embarassed as you are, and there's no point in making things worse.
I know that was probably an awkward moment for you, but there's no reason to be embarassed. At the same time, there's also no reason to take out a full page ad in the New York Times about it, either. ;-)

i've seen my friends naked, not really a big deal for me. dont do anything, and its not embarrassing at all. if you dont want to see him naked, go have him change in the bathroom or you go change in the bathroom. or tell him you're uncomfortable with it. hope this helps! :D

No, it is not embarrising at all. Does it REALLY bother you that you saw him naked? If so, then maybe you should talk to him about it : /

Yeah, that's embarrassing for sure. Did he see you see him ? If not, just pretend like it never happened. If he did see you see him, well you may want to talk about it.....depends upon how close you all are.
