There are a couple of things you can do to check the welfare of the baby. You can do kick counts. Take time, at the same time each day, and sit down for one hour and count how many times the baby moves. The baby should move 10 times an hour. The other thing you can do, if you're ever worried is drink a big, cold glass of fruit juice. The cold and the sugar will get the baby active and make you feel better.
If at any time you feel there is very little or no movement, you should contact your midwife or OB at once.
You probably have a baby that moves alot at night, while you sleep.
Good luck!!!

It could be the possibility that the baby is just getting a little cramped up in the uterus. As you get closer to delivery and the baby grows, baby runs out of room to move. Which means that you will be feeling him/her more and more less.

My first thought is maybe you're a bigger person...bigger women don't always feel the same things smaller women do. Smaller women are sometimes uncomfortable as the baby consumes more of their bodies. Make sure you are getting proper pre-natal care though. Good luck.

at 30 weeks theres less room in your uterus for the child to move around. Their going thru a major growth spurt. about 1/2 pound each week.

If its a BIG concern get your doc to check it out

Talk to your Dr. My baby was not active at all the last couple of months and she was fine.

What does the doctor say? All babies are different. Perhaps you will be lucky and have quiet baby.

Everything is probably fine but you might want to give your doctor a ring just to be sure.
