I think that it goes much deeper then the Ethics committee, we have to some way spin it to blame Bill Clinton, or maybe Hillary. They are both likely targets for our spin on how to make pedophilia a democrat crime instead of congressman Foley's folly.

Repubs will have no one to blame but themselves. They knowingly allowed Foley to prey on teenage boys and remain in Congress. Now it is being discovered through emails between Foley and his pal Gov Jeb Bush of FL that the White House probably knew about his predatory nature.
Nope no one to blame but themselves....but they will probably say Bill and Hillary Clinton caused it somehow.
