doesn't work is that a virus shift key also

Seeing as they're pretty close to each other, I'd say its more likely to be a problem with your actual keyboard. Spilt anything on it recently? Try opening it up and giving it a good clean.

Typically, these keys will be disabled if you have engaged the scroll lock... take a look at your keyboard.. if you have a laptop, it's going to be a combination of using you Fn key located in the bottom right hand of the keyboard usually. and a key that says scroll lock or skl lock or scrol lk, something like that...

now on the other had you may want to connect a standard keyboard either usb or ps2 keyboard, restart you computer and take note of what takes place...

if everthing works with the newly connected external key boards or alternate keyboard (desktop) then you keyboard is defective. I hope this helps, in the meantime please keep check out website.

Could be that you just need to clean your key board, try using a differnet key board and make sure that your key board isnt cracked or broken in any areas. If you get them to work with another key board you could have messed just those specific keys up.

there are different possibilities

- check your keyboard mapping: In XP go to start->control panel->(Classic view)->regional options->languages tab->details. Adjust these settings properly

- you press the wrong key

- your keyboard is dirty/defective: try a different one
