i own a repair shop, and you need to know what you need a car or a truck and then you start looking to see what you can afford to buy, once you find it and your sure its the one you want t buy you need to take it to a good mechanic and have it checked out really good before you buy it,,especially if your not that familiar with vehicles, and make sure they check everything on it ,if you find something small wrong with it,and its going to be an easy or cheap repair you can negotiate on price some with the seller or the car lot, don't act to eager to but it,,if they see you really want it,they will take advantage of you in most cases ,and they wont budge off the original price of it,take someone with you that has some knowledge of cars and have them look around with you and just see what you like ,there are a lot of cars out there, and I'm sure there,s one for you,but don't take the first one you see,and like,,there will be more i guarantee you this, there all over the place right now, just take your time ,and have fun doing it,,buying a car should be a fun experience, not a dreaded thing to do,good luck i hope this help,s.

the main thing is do your research on the car. look it over and if you don't know anything about them get someone that does to help you out. and also don't let the sales people trick you. they will do anything and mainly before you sign any documents read over everything, if you don't understand it then ask and make sure you know what the full cost is and what you are paying for. also look into a few sources about interest rates and bank loans. Take your time and don't rush through it, it's a lot of wasted money that could easily be saved if you just figure out whats going on instead of trusting or getting excited about a new car.
