Liberals stood behind bush when he went into Afghanistan its when they attack countries that are no threat to us that we oppose the war unlike the sheep like repubs who just nod there stupid heads and go along with any thing he says. Speaking of nukes when the democrats were in charge the likely hood of being nuked was a lot less but with mush for brains running the country its more likely now with countries racing to get nukes to protect themselves from our leader.

Why can a republican PRESIDENT not go after bin ladin but yet pursue Hussein?
hmmm let me see...could it be because Hussein was an easy target that the propaganda machine could use to unite Americans in a misleading and fabricated "war on terror" instead of going after the terrorists responsible and a religious mobile network that has many leaders and cannot be destroyed with conventional means?

just like conservatives have no set of possible circumstances where war is acceptable when a democrat is president. there was a lot of conservative opposition to clinton's firing missiles at al-qaida while the monica thing was going on, to his bombing of iraq for kicking out weapons inspectors, and to his air war in the balkans. there are silly partisans on both sides.

They'd probably advocate more foreign aid to the country who attacked us and then begin several large economically devastating domestic programs to make us feel better about what happened.
