Sitting up straight with a big smile on your face would make you much more attractive! When are people going to realize that beauty isn't just in the way you look but in the attitude?
Don't cut your hair, don't change your clothes, don't change anything physically yet. Those are all expressions of who you are (unless you did it because you thought it might be cool). Just be who you are.

What's going to make you attractive? Confidence. Not being bitchy or snotty , but being a confident and giving person who doesn't need to ask questions like this. I'm not trying to be mean at all. You're an attractive girl who's hiding all that attractiveness behind the needy and down-on-yourself vibes.

Pick it up honey! YOU be beautiful to you and then you won't care what others think. And then...oh the flocks of potential relationships...you have no idea what self confidence does for a woman's appeal.

I think if I were you (and I can't be--I'm an old guy) I'd change hair styles. Get the hair out of your eyes and look up and smile more.

What I can see of your face looks nice. If you are in your early teens you might be a little thinner than the ideal weight, but that's a better starting point than being too heavy.

Think of yourself as pretty and desirable and you will be both of those things. Attractive has at least as much to do with attitude as with appearance.

It's hard to tell since the picture is blurry and your hair is in the way. Plus it's easier when you're looking straight in to the camera, but from what little I can see you look fine. I agree with everyone though to ditch the goth look and get your hair out of your face. You're a bit old for it.

I don't know about everyone else but my veiw of the photo was blurry, esp. in the face area...however, I can say that I like your style(...but ultimately it's not my opinion that really matters).

I think you shouldn't listen to all the ppl on here who tell you to change your hair or your appearance, at all, because none of them are smart enought to know that your appearnace in that picture is not indicitive of who you really are. And far as I can tell, you're really cute.

I think you are pretty. It seems like you just lack confidence in yourself. Make sure you feel good in what you are wearing. Until you start feeling confident in who you are, feeling good and confident in how you look outside, helps with feeling confident on the inside.
