I'm with Bistro. I don't like this dating two guys thing with Meredith. The show is also becoming a little bit too much like a soap opera, but I will watch for awhile to see what happens to that fortune that Izzie got.
Meredith had appendicitis and had her appendix removed. (That is the answer, don't know what other word you were talking about).

She was stoned on Morphine to deal with the pain of her appendix. They were talking about her fever, white blood cell count and the location of her tenderness. That is what Bailey was saying before she said appendicitis. She also sent in george to perforn her laperotomy which is a fancy term for shaving her private parts before the surgery.

she had to have her appendix removed. she was on morphine nearly the whole show. pretty funny huh. man this show is getting too involved with relationships for me to keep watching. I'll give it another chance though.
