Nip/Tuck!!!!!!!!! Crazy, sexy, funny, and keeps me hooked!!! You never know what will happen next! And who wouldn't rather watch Christian Troy, over all those women?

I totally dig them both! I can tell that you do too, but if I had to choose it would be Sex in the City.
That show gives you more of a variety, visually and story wise.
It's funny dramatic and sexy just like Nip/Tuck but Nip/ Tuck doesnt travel around a gorgeous city. They kinda always stay dark and deep, almost a cold feeling when Sex in the City can be all that and more. Plus it has Jason Lewis!

I like them both but Sex and the City is not as dark as Nip Tuck.

I love both but when it comes down to it nip tuck i love because of the hot dr's but sex adn the city has a great story plus big i choose both !!!!

Nip/Tuck for me. I like SATC, but it's kind of chick-ish, and I'm getting tired of shows set in NYC. I have a good friend who looks JUST LIKE Charlotte, though, so that keeps me interested in the show.
But I am a die hard NT fan - best show I think I've ever seen. The plot twists are always jarring. Brilliant. (The Christmas episode where "Mrs. Clause" had a petrified baby inside of her for 17 years made my blood run cold - it haunts me to this day). Ryan Murphy is a genius.

I think it would be sex and the city for comedy bc Nip Tuck is a bit more mysterious and dark.

I much prefer to watch Sex and the City. I think it was very creative and hadn't been done before. Very risque and edgy. Great writing.
