if i were u, you should get clean and clear from neutragena because they work really well. i am not sure which kind it is but just read the labels and i bet you, you can find a way to get rid of those bumps.

Not all pimples are filled with pus. Severe pimples, called cystic pimples are painful, and often a round, red bump. Don't pick at it no matter what. Try acne cream, or anti-itch cream. Buy acne cream with high percentages of benzol peroxide, around 10%. Anti-itch cream helps because it reduces the redness in itchy areas and can reduce the redness on these pimples.

you might want to start off with a medicated face scrub you can buy "st Ives" scrub and clean and clear facial astringent at walmart. it will cost under $10. you would use the scrub first then the astringent after do this before bed for a week, there should be a big difference in your skin.

i am not sure what you have but pimples or not, scrub is the worst thing for your skin -- that will plug up your pores and if you didn't have acne you will get it from the scrub. try acne spot treatment, from Noxzema or Neutrogena, basically you can look up the main active ingredient on the back and buy the one with the stronger percentage. but really the best thing is to go to a doctor if you have one, they can figure out what it is for one and for two they can give you prescription for meds you will never get over the counter and they actually help. i found on me at one point that a course of antioxidant vitamins cleared up my skin better then anything

SEE A DERMATOLOGIST! You may have sensitive skin. DO NOT try the over the counter products. You may need something a lot more sensitive to your needs. They can also probably prescribe a diet containing only certain foods that can alter whats going on with your skin.

What do you mean bumps? Could it be a rash of some kind? I don't understand what you mean by blood? If they are flat and red it could be broken capillaries. You can't do anything other than have a dermatologist zap them with the electric needle.

I agree with those who advised you to see a dermatologist. Applying chemicals on your face without medical supervision is the worst thing you could do to your skin. It could cause permanent scarring. See a doctor immediately!
