It doesn't matter if it's a man or woman both sides feel jealous when this behavior takes place. Flirting isn't cool, it just shows the person who isn't flirting that their feelings & company don't amount to anything. Anyone who would do this shouldn't be in a relationship with anyone. This is basically the pre-test to cheating. It also shows what type of person you are if you flirt with others when in a relationship.

Yes, my boyfriend gets jealous when I flirt with other men, especially right in front of him.

I think it would make my husband wonder why I would flirt with another man unless i was gonna try to do something more. It would make him paranoid. If I were in that situation with my hubby being the flirter I would feel the same. BEST BET IS TO NOT FLIRT WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN YOUR PARTNER!!!!
:o)

If they care anything about you or their relationship with you!
but if all it is is conversation, no flirting, then I would say that is being over jealous. Just b/ your with someone does'nt mean you can't talk to people.

Unless he likes that kinda thing. But i don't think its a good idea. Well at least not in front of him. Remember flirting is a natural.

Yes. Of course, it depends on the guy. If you know she is just friends with him and kidding around, it's not so bad. But she shouldn't be seriously flirting with another guy anyway.

Not jealous....angry, hurt, betrayed, inadequate would be more like it.

Think about how you feel when you catch your man's eyes wandering, then multiply it by like a thousand.

I think that they do, but they don't hold grudges and forgive quickly, at least in my experience. They have more important things to worry about such as cars and tools. lol
