As for me, I'll follow Willie Nelson's advice.

"I want to see our troops come home right away, and so do most Americans. Unfortunately, too many politicians in both parties refuse to listen.

So when will the troops come home? When we won't put up with it anymore-when we change our government. And how will we do that? By voting the bastards out! On November 7, you should vote for anyone who's against the war and vote against anyone who's for the war. It's that simple."

I want to see the G.O.P. get out of Congress by the vote of the already agitated electorate. That's when the Dems regain power in Congress for the first time since the early 90's. Then that will get the Bush impeachment ball rolling in the Democrat-controlled Senate! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be voting for Kinky as my Independant governor candidate, and since I have always been more liberal, it will be no surprise that all of my choices will reflect this in this November's election. I am ready for some serious change.
Yikes... Marty K scares me with that diatribe..Wasn't it his christian God whom stated, "judge not lest ye be judged"?
another reason to vote liberal!
I bet if social programs that were already implemented were suddenly cut off..such as social security--a real possibility, or how about medicaid...maybe policing systems, or fire departments were no longer funded by our government in order for us to decrease taxes..you might be inclined to change your view. And one of the wonderful things about our country is freedom of religion, so no-- christian influence could be retained--in it's proper venue--I'm sure that all the Muslims, Jewish, Buddhist, Tao, Wiccan, Athiest, Agnostic, Hindi, etc. people of America might feel a little uncomfortable with all the meaningless (to them) Christian rhetoric attached to what should be their government also. As for gas prices tripling--if a democrat were in office we would be sourcing other energies, instead of pouring our efforts into foriegn oil. I believe that I am conservative...I believe in conserving the resources of our earth, not exploiting them until we've strip-mined her so, that our children are living an unsustainable future. I don't really care if gay people want to get married...marriage has evolved over time--you want to preserve the sanctity of 10 hour vegas marriages, or perhaps return to the days when women were property?
P.S. wasn't it Bush whom wished amnesty for all the currently residing illegal immigrants?

Then you are not thinking straight. Why vote in a party that will

raise your taxes,

destroy our military and intelligence agencies,

make it against the law to have talk radio, unless it agress with them (Fair air time act or whatever they will call it now)

Pull our troops out of Iraq slowly so we loose more of them, as we did in Vietnam.

Make it impossible for us to build new refineries, and drill domestically for oil. (Democrats win watch gas prices triple)

That is just for starters.

If you are a true Conservative, then you can not vote for the Democrats or put them into power. I am not happy with what is going on but honestly the alternative is much worse. We can not have anyone playing social medicine with our military and intelligence again. We suffered 8 years of Comrade Clinton and it cost us 3k innocent lives.

Vote the Republican party back in and watch the Democrats self destruct. Then it will be safe to vote out the RINOS and get some true conservatives in there as the spectacle of watching the Democrats implode after Nov. 7th will ensure the AMerican People never vote for them again.

edit: Some of the liberal responses are just laughable, how many of the weenies did you know in High School that could actually do anything worthwhile? It is no secret that Democrats believe in surrendering, they have been the leeches of society for to long. It is time to clean house. Vote all the Democrats out so we can see the implosion.

I'm not outraged, except by liberals (and McCain) who want to create an Al Qaeda Bill of Rights, grant amnesty to illegal aliens, raise taxes on EVERYONE, and put the United Nations in charge of American's foreign policy. Therefore I'll be voting straight GOP ticket.

Now stop pretending you ever voted for anyone except a Democrat in your life.

It's tough. I'm a Republican in a VERY blue state and I've held my ground up until this point, but I just don't understand what is going on lately. It just sucks. Every R that loses (and I am sure there will be plenty) has no one to blame but Bush...unless they're tied to Abramoff or Foley...

EDIT: I'd like to edit my response when I see comments like this from boltthrow. It'd be nice to get a half-way decent answer from a liberal...

I am going to go to my local ghetto polling place with a Republican flag. I am going to tell all of the poor black people they are stupid for continuing to live on the democrat plantation. After I get beat up I am going to go home and get drunk.

And then what? Have you listened to what Democrats propose?

1. Cut and run from Iraq
2. Spend time trying to impeach Bush for phony charges
3. Give amnesty to illegals
4. Raise taxes (Charles Rangel who would be in charge of the Ways & Means Committee has stated publicly that all tax cuts would be up for removal)

While the Republicans have their issues, what happens if we vote them out???????????????????????????????
