Incest, pedophilia and related offenses are not monopolized by white people. Other people of different races have their own share of offenders.

Well, it's more like LIBERAL whites have that attitude. Conservatives are usually Republicans so why are so many decent law abiding people voting for a party that has abortion for a sacrament...and LOVES gray areas with the attitude that NOTHING is right or wrong.just GRAY areas of morality. This last election did muster 17% of the black vote for Repiublicans...guess they are seeing THE LIGHT on Democrats...

No I do not agree, other societies have the same problem and handle it the same way we do........prosecute the offender.

it happens in black society more but there only 13% OF THE POP. SO THATS 13 OUT OF 100. IT NOT REPORTED AS MUCH. AND BLACKS WILL NOT WORK WITH THE POLICE.
