Only if you have to pay for the access to the wireless internet it takes to connect with a PSP.

1st of all no, it's free. 2nd of all you need a wireless router. so if you don't have one or there isn't on nearby your screwed. 3rd of all you need to update your psp either by the internet or by a wireless router trough your psp.

you need your own Internet ( wireless ) or be some where , where there is wireless Internet,
but you need to upgrade your software so your able to have Internet !!
