My fiance and I are going on our honeymoon in March and have narrowed it down. We are both 24 and are looking for a relaxing time but plenty of activities if we choose to do so. Which would you choose and why?

Take a look at TripAdvisor.com and you can get lots of reviews of both resorts (and plenty more). Type in the resort name in the search area to get the reviews. Also check out th forums section for each for question and answer. You will get much more informed answers there. Have a great honeymoon!!

For a more high energy or as relaxing as you want to be resort I honestly would consider Sandals Montego Bay. It is very active. I have clients who have been going there for years and love it. Sandals Royal Caribbean I think is a nice resort, but I have heard several feedback on it not being so laid back and casual.

Sandals Dunn's River is as another put quite a drive and is under construction. Hard to say when it will be done. This resort just had some pretty major renovations to it, in fact everything in the rooms was torn out and remodeled.

Staying in Montego Bay is going to be the least expensive, but as I said I would consider the other in my opinion with your age group and also what it is you have indicated you would like.

I would highly recommend going through a travel agent, along with booking in advance. Fewer flights are being run this year and the less availability for your dates the higher the price.

I would be happy to help you or if you prefer to work with someone local an agent can be there for all your questions, concerns and needs as opposed to an 800 # waiting for the next available agent. Also there are further questions a good agent will ask you to really determine which we feel is best for you anyhow working with not only what you want, but within your budget.

Feel free to email me if you like, otherwise If I don't hear from you have a Fantastic Honeymoon and congrats on the Engagement!

Caleb C, You pick the right Island for your honey moon, The only problem you will face at this time is their is a major road work from the Sangster International airport all the way to Ocho Rios
and dont think it will complete by the time you get to Jamaica, you will be facing slow moving of traffic. Sandals Royal Caribbean is the unique place, you will be about 8 to 10 miles from the air port, the hotel is right on the beach and it is quite relaxing, The Iron shore Gulf Course close by a few International fast food is close
by,supermarket, Pharmacy duty free shops and lot more points of int rest, The Rose Hall Great House is just up the road from
the Hotel,You can watch the setting of the sun from your hotel, most of all the workers at the hotel are very friendly,Montego Bay hot spot is just down the road from the hotel,Montego Bay is the best place place for me, try it you will like it,in order to enjoy Jamaica, you must visit some of place where you will get to mix with the native in the country part may be you will even get a Donkey Ride for free, Don't think about smoking Ganja in the public you will go to Jail, laws against that exit in Jamaica. enjoy your stay

Went to Sandals R.C. for our honeymoon and I'd highly recommend it to anyone! It was very laid back and we never had trouble finding a quiet spot by the pool or on the beach. But at the same time, there was plenty to do. We went snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, and played beach volleyball a lot. The restaurants and the rooms are great, and you can still take advantage of free transportation to spend a day at one of the other nearby Sandals or eat at one of thei restaurants. It's great...wish we could go back again now! Have fun.

Me and my husband just got back from Grand Lido Negril. We have went on a couple of vacations already and decided on Negril for our honeymoon. The beach and ocean was the best!! We are 23 and 25, and it was relaxing, beautiful, and lots of stuff to do. They really take care of the place there. They rake the beach 3 times a day to make it look nice, there is calm ocean water and they give rafts out to float on, great romantic restaurants with great food. We are going back next year we loved it so much. Anything else seems 2nd best to us. Need any more info. let me know. lindsg020@yahoo

have you thought about Sandal Ocho Rios?? my husband and I got married there and I would highly recommend it also our honeymoon was at "the Cave" in Negril, if you are looking for EXCELLENT food, PRIVACY, and FUN! you should consider it! we stopped at Dunn's River to drop off others on the bus, I wasn't too impressed with there grounds.
