I live in Cairns and i dont know when to start these classes or where they are around here in Cairns. Can any one help Please
I am 7 weeks pregnant and this is my 1st child so i am really lost on what to do.

if you currently have a ob/gyn you should mabe able to get all the info. from them on lamaze classes when to start you can also check with the hospitalwhere you are having the baby most of them offer classes. It has been 16 years since I have been to a lamaze class but i believe you take them in your last tri-mester they are worth taking for the mother and father.

I think it is totally up to you and how you feel about going to or through Lamaze. I have had two children and didn't go through Lamaze with either one. If you have been going to your doctor for regular check ups they should be able to help you. They should also let you know when to go through Lamaze. Most hospitals should have a program for pregnant women. May I suggest getting a book called "Baby's First Years." This is a really good book to read. Here is a website I found for your area that you can look into. Good luck and don't panic, it will be worth it in the end. :)

7 weeks is a little early to be thinking about that. Go ahead and get all the information you can for classes in your area and schedule something for later on....probably around 30 weeks or so. Good luck!

first you need to visit a doctor for yourself & unborn child ,the hospital can assist you on different programs that can help you medical insurance,classes,they can direct you in the right direction. Marry your baby dad and raise your child together there is to many single mothers with children God bless and Best wishes to the both of you and family.

You usually don't take Lamaze until your 7th or 8th month. You should contact the hospital you will be delivering at for info on classes..

well, i am 23 weeks pregnant, and i still havent signed up for classes yet, but i think you wanna wait till your at least 5/6 months before you start the classes.

Don't worry it is still early to to sign up for that. your doctor will info on places you can go and at a good prices. so talk to your doctor about it but i am sure it is far to early.
