the best advice i can give you is have your whole home drained and clogged free every 2-3 years because anything can build up over time...it isn't expensive
also you can use OTC products every 6 months to stay clog free
but i would get a intial cleaning and then do the every 6 month thing if you prefer. SNAKE it all out and then stay on top of it.

hair is likely the problem. use some long nosed plyers to grab any caught hair visible in the strainer and pull it out slowly. Try to AVOID DRAIN CLEANERS if you don't have plastic pipes( Drain chemicals will slowly thin the thickness of metal pipes creating a bigger problem in time.) If you need you can get a snake/auger for small drains. buy one that is 1/4" diameter, aprox $10.00

If you have access to the plumbing, remove the p- trap and clean.Usually its soap build up and hair. You can try a drain cleaner. Also try running a snake into the clean out.good luck

Uncover the drain and use a coathanger fashioned into a hook or a crochet hook to remove any hair, and then use a drain cleaner like Drain-O to remove the rest of the muck.

The Drain-o type products work...liquid plummer...pour it down the drain, let it sit, and presto-chango...the drain works again..
