It's so all the nerds who put the questions in the proper place will know which forum they belong to. For instance, everything in Yahoo!Explanations ends with a period, everything in Yahoo!Exclamations ends with an exclamation point. That way if they knock over the big table with all of the user entries on it, they can still sort them out and put them in their proper place, wouldn't it be odd if we were in here trying to answer someone's exclamation?!? Seriously I have no idea, it's annoying isn't it????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I didn't notice that! But i guess it's because this is a website where you can ask questions, so that's why they put question marks on everything.

I don't know. I wonder why some people are too stupid to infer questions when actually present in a commentary, if reading interpretation is actually practiced. However, some statements have no apparent question, I acknowledge that.

Because the idea is that everyone asks a questions so other people can give their answer. You can't give an answer to a statement.
