why girls cheat when men are away ? Why girls dont understand that men are earning for the welfare of the wife and children?
why women needs personal attention ? why women dont understand more work needs to be done to impress the boss and get promoted and to upgrade the family. why they think to have sex when men are away... trying alternatives?

The right thing would have been to tell the woman who you were (first name only) and ask her who she was. You would have been able to settle things then. At this point you WILL be hurting a woman who knew nothing of his cheating, but unfortunately has a child with this man. You would probably be a bit surprised to find out that he probably is not only married, but carrying on multiple online affairs at one time. It is sad that you put that much effort into an online relationship in which you never got to actually meet and know the REAL person behind the pic and description he posts online. Maybe sending her the information will help her if she needs evidence in filing for divorce from the guy. On the other hand some guys are into online gaming . . . and take it to the next level with chat rooms/dating sites. He may never have meant to have a 'real relationship' with you, just to play you like a game. Sorry, but something to think about if after a year you never actually met the guy.

girls and wife's are unhappy is why they go somewhere else for attention cause they not getting at your house.... That is the same reason why men do it... When men think they are doing women a favor is where they make their frist mistake. Your first thoughts should be how can i make my wife happy. Work is not taking care of the wife and kids. It is paying the bills while other things go wrong and then at that point you can not figure out what is wrong. Spend some time with your wife and with your children and then spend time doing the work to get yourwelf promoted...

Sounds like to me you are making time for work and not putting time with the wife and family. One of the most valuable lessons to learn is: "Long after your gone, the job will be there to be carried on by someone else". Sure, the boss will say to you "I need you to get this done yesterday...." but your family sometimes needs YOU now. Reading your question, if the husband doesn't provide the emotional support, the woman will seek it elsewhere. Sure, some women are loyal and won't stray however, abandonment is something no one should go through.

It's not only men that work, there are alot of women out here in the world supporting their husbands and family.
It's not only men bosses that cheat, there are women bosses that cheat as well.
Is cheating wrong for ladies and men? YES
Does it happen? YES
Now ask yourself regardless if you are a lady or a man, why did I cheat?
I know why I cheated, and I am not saying it is a proud thing to say but I have been there.
Now the first question, what is girl's or wife's problem?

because its a chance to get some attention that you haven't been giving. these type of women don't care for money just affection. needing personal attention is important because they deal with kids all day and would like to have an adult conversation and adult play time. maybe you should put out more make her feel loved ect. gosh, are you that naive. i wouldnt blame her.
