Yes, this has happened to me even. I went without a date for a long time. Not just because of infidelity but, because the game gets old. My husbands first wife cheated on him in their own bed! He was a hopeless case and never wanted to be with anyone again. We both agree that trust is the main factor in any relationship. Hang in there, plenty of fish in the sea. Maybe meet girls in church, that is a sure way to get on the right track.

I am 23 years old and i've been single now for about a year, and i've found that i'm much happier. Why because i've taken that time to get to know myself, and in doing so i've developed a much better sense of what i would like to have in a mate. I believe we were put here to find ourselves through dating, knowing the things that make use happy and make use sad,and knowing through experience what kind of quality trait a person has through experience. Get to know your self first and let everything else fall into place you can't make someone like you with material things. If just being you, I mean the real you (doing what ever it is you really enjoy doing) doesn't satisfy the person you're with then they don't deserve you.

When we choose people to be with, we don't realize we are already programmed to pick certain types. Obviously, you are choosing girls who aren't good for you. Sounds like you also don't have good self esteem. Maybe you should not date for awhile and if you could get into some kind of counseling that would be very good for you. You could get in touch with what you are doing that is causing you to choose inappropriate girls for yourself and you could start over again and date the kind of girls you could be happy with. You sound like a good guy and you deserve to be treated right.

Maybe you are dating the wrong girls. Sometimes when you give too much of yourself people tend to take advantage of you. So next time go slow and try to know who you are dealing with.

You need to pick your girlfriends a little more carefully.
Try some of the "less popular" ones.
Don't forget, you don't own them and they are looking the field over, just like you are. Good Luck. Pops

No reason to quit, just re-evaluate your standards. Sounds like they are too low, and you are getting the bottom of the barrel.
