I did something really dumb with my songs for my Ipod! Help!?

You know when you want to get songs from your Limewire Library to your iTunes Library you got to go through the whole My Computer to the C Drive to the Shared Documents. Well, I dumbly deleted ALL my songs and Deleted them from the Recycle Bin. Know when I try to put songs it's not going there! How do I fix this?

did you delete them from the limewire program too? because if you check the library tab and your songs should still be there if they weren't deleted also...hope this helps
