Friday the 13th has nothing to do with the supernatural. It's considered unlucky because the Order of the Poor Knights of the Temple of Solomon and the Passion of Christ were ordered to be rounded up and tortured into revealing the location of their fabulous treasure by King Phillip the 4th of France who owed them a ton of money, and his puppet, Pope Clement the 5th on Friday the 13th of October, 1307 - 699 years ago tomorrow. The thing is that they never gave up the location of the treasure and some of their order, the Knights Templar escaped with it in 18 ships that sailed from South France flying the battle flag of the Order, a black flag with a skull and crossed bones. There's a Templar grave in Nova Scotia that dates back to the 1300s, a century before Columbus sailed.

I will attend a funeral tomorrow. No joke. Typically, I don't do anything different on Friday the 13th. One day you will hopefully mature enough and realize that 13 is just a number and that superstition does not exist.
