I'm a junior in high school and was wondering how to get an intern job there if possible. Hopefully then that could lead to my dream job of writing for them, or at least working for them.

You're only hope of internship is:
1. To live in or very near the New York City area
2. Call DC Comics directly and ask for the Personnel department, then ask whoever is there about internships.
However I must warn you that right now most of the comic book companies are very "closed" shops, meaning outsiders (like you and me) will have a VERY hard time trying to get hired!
But good luck, and if you make it, please tell the fine folks at DC you know a talented writer (me) whose available.

I think Hollywood is doing a above average job with comic movies. Yes, there is really good ones like Iron Man and Batman Begins, but for all the good ones there is bad ones like Daredevil and Fantastic Four. I am really hopeful with Marvel taking control of their characters in Hollywood that most will follow Iron Man's quality. Hulk looks like fun and Ed Norton is a quality actor, I'm looking forward to it!

Check out Monster board. They have listings for jobs at DC and Marvel. Maybe/maybe not internships, but you might get a lead as to who to contact.

go to dc comics with some kneepads and demonstrate your fellatio skills.

You might try someone who works on superman or green arrow because no normal person would want to draw/edit that. Those are the ones that will likely respond to your offer.
