My friend came to me and said she feels toaly ashamesd guilty and viloated. While hanging out with an ex boy friend he began asking her for sex. She said no and he persisted. He told her that she owed him and that she was not being there for him when he needed it. he made her feel guilty and worthless and kept telling her if she had sex one more time with him then he would continue to be her friend snd not hate her and they would be even for the help he had given her in the past. She still continued to say no no and no and began to cry. She went to use the bath room so she could leave when she came out he was standing there and began touching her some more harrasing her for "one last time" she still protested but stoped eventualy and he took off her close and put her on the floor and started having sex with her. After a few minutes she couldnt take it and began to cry and stoped him. She says "I just stood there and let him so he would stop harrasing me" Is waht he did wrong?Or is she?

Both! if she felt that he really wanna have sex with her why did not she leave form there .I don't know where they were but anyway she could leave. this sounds rape to me!
He should not force her o do that , he was definitely out of his mind! but I guess it is over now and she should not have any contact with him anymore!

eunnie2012, you're a total moron! The guy NEVER should have pressured her. HE should have stopped when she said no the first time. HE is wrong in what he did. What the girl did is very similar to what rape victims do. She was taking care of herself the best way she knew how. If the guy couldn't take no for an answer, then, yes, he basically raped her.

Alright. He is an asshole ; he should've never done that in the first place... it was like rape. And it's also her fault for not leaving to avoid this situation. If you don't wanna do sex then you don't wanna have sex period. Don't let anyone pressure you to have sex no matter how close they are to you.

i would say that is called date rape. it wasn't consensual because she kept telling him no. but it would be hard to convince the police because she gave in in the end. but i would still go to the police. no person, guy or girl, should be forced into having sex with anyone if they dont want to. hope this helps! :D

He was wrong. Commonly referred to as mate rape, she gave in to stop the harrassment, but it wasn't truly consentual.

Saying no does not mean getting naked for him. No is supposed to mean no. She is obviously a weak willed person who lets others control her.
If he stopped after she said stop, it's not rape.
