Very rarely, a child is born with both male and female genitals, the male often being poorly developed. They are often made "girls" through surgery and hormone therapy. Yes, they generally have sex as women, though some choose to revert to being men later in life(in which case they have sex as any other man). Some animals(such as snails, earthworms) are always hermaphrodites, possessing both male and female reproductive organs.
A "tranny" could be a transexual or transvestite. They may dress as the oposite gender, but retain their original genitals, or opt to undergo surgery to change their gender. They may be attracted to the same or oppsite sex.

yes hermaphrodite is a natural phenomenon.
I dont know how they have sex.
Tranny is, I believe, either transvestite: dress in other sexes clothes
or transsexual: make artificial other gender's sex on body
By the way: there are also people who make an operation to become a hermaphrodite. Crazy world, uh

It IS natural, although a genetic mutation. But each case is different. I read an AMAZING book on this subject. Its called "middlesex", by Jeffrey Euginedes. Its a novel but it covers the life history of a hermaphrodite. Very interesting and sad and educational. I highly recommend

apparently so. In fact it's believed more of them are walking around than we think. Both genetalia are not always evident. Sometimes a girl can get to the age of puberty before she finds out there's a penis insider her somewhere. In many ancient cultures they were celebrated. And often the parents or doctors make the decision about which sex to keep and never even mention it to the child. I read a book about this a few years ago... I was like wow! and yeah, they're having sex.

I guess it's natural in that the person born that way had no control over it. I would hope their parent would make them one sex or the other shortly after birth, so they aren't having sex with both sets of genitalia. I also think it's weird that the few I have met in my life seem to have been made into the wrong sex. Such as a woman I worked with that looked male, acted male, etc., but her parents had her turned into a girl at birth.

There are human beings who have atypical genetic configurations. The key is human beings. In this century I hope that we are sophisticated enough to recognize that there are variations in the way human beings are formed. How they have sex is their private matter. Do people routinely ask you how you have sex?
Some people are assigned one gender or another, often before they can choose for themselves, and sometimes it backfires. Some who have come of age make the decision to remain as they are born. They have great self esteem and do not feel they have to conform themselves to a prescribed gender or role to satisfy others.

it is natural. and I think most of them get themselves "fixed" as either a male or female so they would be "normal" and have sex normal. a tranny is one who is comfortable in the opposite sex's "body." usually males dress up as women and some go to the extreme of getting the operation.

it's natural, they seldom have sex if they haven't been surgically altered, a tranny is someone somewhere between cross dressing & a sex change.
