Green-Arr seems to have it correct. I do agree only from my experience, that Gone With The Wind was the first talking movie that used the word.

I've spent 1/2 researching this. I want to say GWTW, but something tells me that's not right. The Hayes code went into effect in 1930, movies prior to this would not have been subject to leaving the word out.

Therefore, I'd say it was probably some silent movie.
