I don't know of any websites to get them from, but you can get them from most chain stores. If not you can call 611 from your Cingular phone and get minutes through the automated service using a credit card. I can look around, but I don't know of any.

Go to http://www.ampolbiz.com/SpeedyPin.htm anc click on Cingular in Mobil Recharge section. They give a small discount when you buy Cingular cards from them (they I mean SpeedyPin)
