Both books are great reads; the books particularly Twilight are simply too good to be put down.
Twilight is 'about' a teen, Bella Swan, who is moving to a new town and a new school midsemester (January). On her first day at school she is drawn to a mysterious classmate, a handsome boy, a sort of loner who stands out from the rest of the school. The attraction grows as does his strangeness, at first, but then he begins to warm up to her...particularly after he saves her life. Thus begins the unusual friendship of Bella and Edward...and as things progress she learns his secret and why he stands out from everyone else--he's a vampire.
But this isn't your typical vampire book. Even if you think you hate vampire fiction, you should give Twilight a try. You might be persuaded like I was (I was a huge skeptic at first) but Stephenie Meyer won me over with her excellent writing!!!

I enjoyed: The scene with Bella and James interior the ballet studio. whilst Edward become being all mysterious interior the 1st chapters. whilst Bella met the Cullens. the los angeles Push scene. And, as much as I hate to confess it, the meadow scene.
