Come on now! The show is as "Reality TV" as ER. I bet that the women are either professional actors, or the casting people advertise the "position" so women who want to get into show business apply.
I feel sorry for Flava Flav, since he was probably counting his last dimes when VH1 approached with the Surreal Life, and after experiencing this fame he's jumping on whatever they are throwing at him.
He seems like a nice guy, but he's not the "sharpest tool in the shed." As far as I'm concerned he is used. He's the most Real in the whole show, since he's too simple to be able to act.

Well..it's great tv. I watch it religiously. But that doesn't discount the fact that flavor flav is disgusting and these girls are insane. I love the show because it's awesome to watch how far some people will go!! But I personally would die before ever setting foot on it. Flav is so gross...

I think those women should be ashamed of themselves. It is horrible the way they put themselves through that nonsence and disrespect for a man. And especially one with no class. He is a mess, A HOT MESS! I feel the same way about the bachelor, why would any women put themselve on display to be in a competiton for one man. What is going on in there lives that they feel so unworthy of a man that they have to be in competition for one with all of these other women. It is pitiful. God Bless

It's got to be the strangest show I've ever seen...I mean, c'mon ladies...Flava Flav? Isn't he the UGLIEST man you have ever seen? There are all these pretty girls on there, and after only knowing him just a few short days they are proclaiming their true love for him??? I don't know...

well, I watch it. But it is for some reason so compelling to watch. It's something you just can't get away from. I think it's trashy and pretty sad...but I do think New York is going to walk away with Flav...so, call it what you will, it's just entertainment.

this episode was a lot funnier then the last season. bringing new york back was a huge mistake. nothing worse then having to listen to that screeching voice
