There is this guy on my soccer team we talk to each other alot and he's always like your silly and staring at me and when we were doing drills he just came and stood right by me. Plus when he's with his friends he's always staring at me!

it's hard to tell. he may just want to be your friend, however just keep flirting and talking to him. And see where that takes you. It has potential.
