Elizabeth the First or Mary the 1st of England. Both were queens with a large evil streak. (Mary was called Bloody Mary for the number of executions she ordered.) And both had fools (aka jesters) of whom they were very fond.

in medieval england an evil jester on halloween played pranks on the nobility at parties and was allowed because he was hired to by one of the nobles. Try being the michevious princess who hired him so she wouldnt be noticed as the prankster. or modify it and plan to point to those you play pranks at. sounds like you'll have a blast.
