My hunny and I are throwing a big Halloween/Birthday party the Saturday before Halloween. Anyone have suggestions for making it fun for grown ups? (No kids invited.)

I'm already going all out on the spooky decorations & making hunch punch by the bucket. I'm open for any kind of suggestions and ideas!

Sounds like you have a good start..... I would say get a keg and halloween printed cups.... Beer Pong, Speed Quarters, and variations on any "dare" type game can always be fun for adults...depending on how outgoing and creative your friends are. Make sure they know it is a Halloween party and to dress up... Get small clear plastic cups and make jello shooters with gummi-worms or any kind of candy in them. Get some fun halloween type music with lots of screams in the background and some dry ice to set the mood...I dont know where you live (apartment/house) but I would definitly do a party like this in our garage and set up the grill to have snacks available for guests.

An interesting idea I heard was to tell everyone to dress as the SAME costume. Like everyone must dress as a devil, or everyone must dress as a vampire.

Then you can give prizes for the best one! It should make for a pretty spooky party, imagine looking at 30-40 vampires!

Might be too late, but it's an idea!

Watch scary movies
Hire Goth belly dancers or other entertainment
Get a fortune teller or tarot card reader
Play music that people can dance to that is on the spooky side
Pinatas are fun for grownups too
