Make it a combination of letters and numbers. Use capital and lower case letters. Make it at least 8 characters long. Dont make it something like your name, last name, phone number, birthday etc.

Short and sweet!

good luck!

These are the cardinal rules for creating a good password:

1. Use 8 or more characters.
2. Use a combination of upper and lower case letters.
3. Incude numbers but avoid repetitive and sequential combinations (e.g. avoid 1111111 or 12345).
4. Use special characters #@!...etc.
5. Do not use whole words (e.g. mypassword125)
6. Do include personal information (e.g. Benpassword).
7. Try using a password manager like KeyPass or Password Agent or AI's Roboform.

Random irrelevant information spelled incorrectly is very effective, especially in code. For example, adding an "a" or "2" to anything that isn't, a,e,i,o,u and leaving the vouls alone. But before you do anything, follow the cord to your keyboard back to where it plugs into your computer. Make sure there are no attachments or anything in-line with the cord that can be removed. If there is, it's a key logger, a very inexpensive neat little toy, keeping track of everything you type. Making passwords useless.

always use a combination of numbers and letters and the longer a password is the better. Never use info that is easy to determine such as your address.. phone number of social security numbers.. well you get the idea. :)
