if you compare the lifestyle of your parents and you, you would find out something really different. Like I still wish everyone respected each other. In the old days the 1980s, you have people who had a higher tolerance level compared to now... insult someone and they will sue you for being not what the media wants you to be. You don't have the freedom anymore to do things. My parents have a better life than me because they lived during a time before the 9/11 incident... now you have people barking at each other just for being different colored and or their religion...
I miss the old days.

oh of course there were good ole days and your day will come when you get to that point. but you won't realize the days are good until they're gone. as things change, if you don't take change all that well you will miss the good ole days. you can't tell me you don't think times were better when you were a kid. you don't miss penny candy? you don't miss the time when gas was cheaper? weren't those the good ole days?

I'm with Margarita, and Marty can take a long walk off a short pier. As time passes, we ALL tend to remember the good and put the bad away in a place we don't have to visit - anybody want to ride bikes?

Yes, there were, I assure you. For me, it was the 50's, and for others, earlier than that. These were the days before the national plague of liberalism spread across our land, causing the horrilbe condition we have today.

I BELIEVE THERE WAS. PEOPLE USE TO ONLY HAVE TO WORK ONE JOB TO SURVIVE AND HEY CLOSED STORES FOR AN HOUR FOR LUNCH BREAKS, EVER ONE HELPED EVERYONE ELSE OUT IF THEY NEEDED SOMETHING. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS WORLD. I WANT TO GO BACK TO THE GOOD OLD DAYS !!!!!!!!!!

yep. mine were running around the woods and playing in the cornfields with my friends as a kid - total innocnce, not a care in the world - you only get that feeling once in life!
