I applaud your kindness towards others and and think highly of your will to help those less fortunate...but please make sure you take some time out now to take care of yourself in your beautiful state. You're harboring a safe bay for your expected child and you should make sure you rest and take care of yourself and your baby.

Even if you didn't expose yourself to germs, you might tire yourself out too much. I'd suggest for now maybe relaxing and preparing yourself and your home for your new baby.

If you feel very passionate about helping disadvantaged people in your neighborhood, maybe you could donate a bit of money to a local charity or provide some administrative support from home? Charity organizations do not always need your physical presence to make a positive impact!

Good luck to you and your new baby!

Well although many people may say it is still alright I personally would not. I have spent a lot of time volunteering at health clinics for homeless people and there is just no way to stop the spread of germs or bacteria. Most places are so understaffed that they are unable to keep up with the cleaning. And especially with soo many individuals comming and going there are just higher chances of getting a cold or getting sick, which would be unnecessary stress on yourself and your baby.

i can work out the way it could ensue - even nonetheless it incredibly is extra uncommon than commonly used (i might think of). I purely had my sessions as quickly as each 4 months, and each so often longer than that (my medical doctors have been conscious, and that i became/am completely healthful). i would not have been alarmed at a lacking era... as quickly as I have been given pregnant I had little to no indicators different than for sore breasts and fatigue, that have been no longer a marvel to me, b/c even nonetheless I had ordinary sessions, I nevertheless had sore breast each month. I merely attributed my fatigue to the certainty that it became the summer season, and an fairly heat one at that. besides, till my daughter began kicking VERY no longer uncomplicated at/around 7/8 months, i might've merely assumed i became having gas or something. extraordinary to 3, yet no longer incredibly everyone's toddler's movements sense an analogous. EDIT - it incredibly is fantastic to me that human beings do no longer understand that no longer incredibly everyone gets a huge toddler bump, and not incredibly everyone feels toddler movements an analogous way. some human beings have fairly calm toddlers... somewhat some women are caught up on how a "classic" being pregnant might flow, yet do no longer understand how unique and diverse each being pregnant is. Over weight women are no longer the only ones that have not understanding that they are pregnant. EDIT - "fat women do no longer look pregnant, merely very fat..." Wow... it incredibly is an fairly ignorant assertion. lots of heavier women do instruct their pregnancies, merely later interior the being pregnant (each now and then) than a woman it incredibly is a smaller length.

You should definetly stay away from sick people. Even strep throat can really harm your unborn baby. Another thing to think about is that you need to be healthy and in your prime now. You don't want to go into labor with even the slightest cold. Once that baby comes home, sleep is not always easy to do. Please start out on the right foot which is a healthy foot.

It's a nice thought, but you'd be courting the possiblity of getting sick. I wouldn't do it. Too risky, why put yourself out there if you're having second thoughts?

I don't think that it is wise. Like you said you could get the flu or something like that. You really dont need that when your pregnant.

um... no if you get sick it will be very hard on you and baby, not to mention some of the people might not have their imunizations, and I know before I leave the hospital after giving birth they are going to have to give me boosters that I didn't know I needed, and I work in the health care field.

It's a wonderful thing you're doing, but at this stage in your pregnancy I wouldn't put myself and my baby at risk.
