it's caused by the difference in the humidity between the inside and outside.you should be running a humidifier on your furnace, in the winter.

If the new windows are double paned insulated windows, then you have a problem. The windows are not air tight, and have lost their energy saving ability, moisture in getting in through the leak and will take time to evaporate, but will return again and again. Contact the contractor, you may have defective windows. If windows are single pane, the moisture in the air in condensation on the glass due to the temperature difference. Think of it as a glass of ice water sweating on the outside. Not much you can do to fix that. Good luck

THE COOL IS MAKING IT'S WAY "AROUND THE CORNER" VIA THE GLASS/WOOD/ALUMINUM/POOR SEAL WHEN CLOSED - AND, CONDENSATING ON YOU WARM MOIST AIR!
IF INSIDE - INSULATED GLASS - TROUBLE!
