What the heck are you asking? Water sleep? Ummm, no. And you mean water? Water what? I don't get it. Add an explaination so I can understand you please. Then I can try to answer. But I think scientifically, no, water can't possibly sleep. Or wake up. Or get tired. Or have feelings. Or eat supper ontime. Or have to pee. Or get dehydrated.....know what I mean?

No, water doesn't sleep. Only living organisms sleep which is a state of deep relaxation when there is a rapid eye movement (REM) and all the physiological facultires of the organism is unconsciously at rest.

Water is a natural inanimate substance consisting of H2O compound molecules. It is not a living organism but it does move with the action created by living organisms (e.g. fishes, human swimmers) and forces of nature (e.g. wind, typhoon, hurricane). Water, when not affected by any other external force or action, may become stagnant, quiet. and tranquil.

yes. if the water is extremely clean and in rest, then you can have liquid water with a temperature below zero. it is not ice.
this water is asleep.
if you move the water abit or throw some hairs in it , the water wakes up and becomes ice.

there is a similair effect for high temperatures , above the boiling pointt

Water molecules are constantly in motion. But when water freezes, it crystallizes & becomes solid. I think that's the closest that water comes to "sleeping", if you choose to call it that.

Water is not a living substance there for it does not need to regenerate anything. It's not alive. H2O but..bacteria in it may need to sleep.
