I lost weight like crazy on this diet, but i saw food in my dreams every day.
Right now i don't do dieting anymore, and i am thinner than when i was dieting actually!
I eat whatever i want. I don't eat a lot though.

Most diets, not extreme diets, cause you to lose about 2 or 3 pounds a week, if you stick to it and exercise a little. A whole lot of it depends on your metabolism, though. The lower it is, the harder to lose the weight and the more exercise you need to do. But, eating fruits, veggies and salads is a great diet for losing weight. Good luck.

I am using Medifast, 5 'medifast meals' a day plus a salad and lean meat, I've lost about 20 pounds in about 3 weeks, which is way too fast...they say 2-3 pounds a week is safe. They being doctors, I mean.

I have. It works well as long as you are careful about the amount and types of fats you go back into. It works really well, just take a multivitamin when you are on it, and also make sure you get enough minerals and proteins. The minerals should be included in a good multivitamin, so that 's just one pill.

How a pair of vegan ranch dressing? it won't flavor precisely an identical, even with the undeniable fact that it rather is going to be a sturdy exchange. I used to love especially vinaigrette; i got here across a brilliant recipe... including somewhat sugar and ketchup to grease and vinegar ... it rather is scrumptious.
