One thing that I see most people almost ignore when it come to home inspection is the heating and cooling systems. Have it checked by a heating and cooling company before closing.

Your Realtor should have a list of house inspectors. Don't do it yourself, there's lots of things to look for

TURN BACK TIME & GO TO WORK FOR A BUILDER FOR MINIMUM 5 YEARS ( 2 IF YOU PAY ATTENTION)
HIRE AN INSPECTOR.
CALL A BUILDER/INSPECTOR FRIEND.
I'VE BEEN BOTH, & IT IS MY OPINION THAT MANY INSPECTORS ARE STREET PEOPLE W/ A LISCENSE!
