If I had to choose one club should it be French club because Im going to talk about french culture and french speaking countries or the European club where I will talk about every country in Europe about culture. Which looks better?

If I did have a french club as a Junior and European club as a senior does that look good for admission?

100 applications in their stack, and yours will be that one jumps out because it DOESN'T say "French Club" and the other 99 do!
European Club mightone the things that makes admissions go, "Hmmm..."

european club looks more fun, but if your looking for it to look good on transcripts n stuff, french club is better
