Normally, yes. But when my half sister starts to tell you something, you have to tell her to give you the big picture or she will delve into a story that has so many side stories that by the time she finishes you don't know what she was talking about in the first place. That's what druggies do best, I suppose.

It's like she is going to tell a story about going to see someone. Then she has to tell about seeing her son and how he needed starch to iron his pants. Then she tells another story about why he needed to iron his pants in the first place. Then she tells about getting in the car to go and see whomever. Next thing you know she is telling about someone following her (paranoia). Then she talks about driving around to shake her pursuer. Then she says she saw someone at a red light and goes into detail about the latest dirt on that person. Then she gets to the persons house. Someone else is there and she gives her latest dirt on that person. Then she talks about what the person she went to see was wearing. And on and on and on. Get the idea?

Big picture, definitely, lol.
