isn't there a neo-lib thing going on? Think about it. A lot of libs(not all) are fueled by hatred.

Just look at the responses. And look at some of the libs questions, like "what do you hate more, bush or bush?"
Stupid such examples. Where libs always like this, or is this a neo-lib movement going on?

Why the hell are conservatives called neo cons? Neo conservatism has been around since 1966.

The neo-con ideology actually has it's roots in Liberalism. It originated after WW2 mostly by affluent intellectuals. It is not part of blue collar Liberalism, or environmental Democrats. They have been very successful in getting their message to the common blue collar guy though. I believe that their their real motives were widely known they would not be popular.

Wikipedia:
"The movement began to focus on such foreign issues in the mid-1970s. However it first crystallized in the late 1960s as an effort to combat the radical cultural changes taking place within the United States. Irving Kristol wrote: “If there is any one thing that neoconservatives are unanimous about, it is their dislike of the counterculture.”[3] Norman Podhoretz agreed: “Revulsion against the counterculture accounted for more converts to neoconservativism than any other single factor."

They are for a more homogenized America.

I went and read those posts. They are really sorry excuses for humans to say things like that. I didn't like Jimmy Carter or Bill Clinton, but if they were drowning....yes I would save them. What Verde said is so true. They truly are hypocrites. They say they hate the war because people are dying, they want to feed the poor, but they act like raving lunatics. Sometimes I hope they win the majority back so they can see just what a GREAT job their politicians would do. Of course...we'll probably all be dead or forced into the Muslim religion.

I think if Republicans kept making statements like that about Democrats, there would be an uproar. And the worst part is they don't even see the hypocrisy in it. I would like them so much more if they could just ADMIT that they are being hypocritical for ONCE. but watch the thumbs down fly...
like barbara streisand for example. Didn't offend me, because it was just a political joke, but you switch that **** around... they would be having a hissy fit about it. ADMIT IT

they are angry about not being in control for a long time now. They displace that anger with resentment towards Bush. They are shallow thinkers. Simpletons incapable of seeing the big picture. Too busy feigning compassion for the less fortunate. when they don't really give a da*n about other people.

I think that regardless of political affiliation, Bush should have pissed you off by now. If you are not mad as hell, then you must be ignorant.
