This is the first of your questions that I saw and was not sure about the nature of your questions. After looking at some of your other questions, I am ready to answer.
Usually with our pants down though some of us are either very young or very old and in that case we don't care whether our pants are up or down.
If the "dump" you are referring to is breaking up, we ugly ones are used to it and most often take it in stride. Some, however, might go postal.

I make it a rule never to watch my partner take a dump... but judging from how easily he can urinate... they probably do that with greater ease than we do too... just like everything else in life...

We take our pants down and sit on a toilet. Then crap shoots out of our assholes. Once finished we use a wad of paper and wipe until little or no sh!t remains. The we put our pants back on and hopefully flush. Hope this helps.
